Description

A delicious and spicy chicken dish served with Peruvian aji verde sauce.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. In a blender, combine cilantro, mayonnaise, aji amarillo paste, lime juice, garlic, and blend until smooth. Serve the sauce over the cooked chicken.
