Description

A creamy pasta dish featuring linguine tossed with tender chicken and rich Alfredo sauce, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
