Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen hashbrown potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, hashbrowns, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
