For the Crust:
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated asiago cheese
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add mushrooms and sautรฉ until tender. Stir in heavy cream, asiago cheese, and Dijon mustard. Cook until sauce thickens, then return chicken to skillet and coat with sauce.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
