Description

Tender chicken meatballs made with ricotta cheese for a juicy texture, perfect for pasta or appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, ricotta cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with your favorite sauce.

Notes

For a healthier option, bake the meatballs in the oven at 375°F for 20 minutes instead of frying.
