Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, ricotta cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.

For a healthier option, bake the meatballs in the oven at 375°F for 20 minutes instead of frying.
