Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Pour in white wine and let it simmer until reduced.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens.
