- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Pour in white wine and let it simmer until reduced.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens.
