Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated; just add 10 minutes to the baking time. It’s perfect for meal prep!
