- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated; just add 10 minutes to the baking time. It’s perfect for meal prep!
