- 4 cups cabbage, shredded

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Stir in onion, garlic, and ginger; cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add cabbage and cook until it begins to soften, about 5 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper; cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
