Description

A rich and moist chocolate banana cake infused with milk for a decadent treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas and mix with sugar and oil until smooth.
  3. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, then stir to combine.
  4. Gradually add milk and mix until the batter is smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
