- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas and mix with sugar and oil until smooth.
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, then stir to combine.
- Gradually add milk and mix until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
