For the Crust:
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Prepare the chocolate cake as per the instructions on the box, then allow it to cool for 10 minutes.
- Poke holes all over the cake using a wooden spoon, then pour the Baileys over the cake, allowing it to soak in.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, and gently fold in 1/4 cup of Baileys. Spread evenly over the cake.
