A rich and decadent chocolate cake soaked with Baileys Irish Cream, topped with a creamy Baileys-infused frosting.

For the Crust:

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 3/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Prepare the chocolate cake as per the instructions on the box, then allow it to cool for 10 minutes.
  2. Poke holes all over the cake using a wooden spoon, then pour the Baileys over the cake, allowing it to soak in.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, and gently fold in 1/4 cup of Baileys. Spread evenly over the cake.
