Description

A rich and indulgent dessert featuring warm chocolate brownies topped with vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream, and cherries.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
  3. Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract; stir until combined.
  4. Pour batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Allow brownies to cool slightly, then cut into squares.
  6. Place a brownie square on a plate, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  7. Drizzle with hot fudge sauce and add whipped cream.
  8. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and serve immediately.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use almond milk ice cream and vegan whipped cream.
