Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract; stir until combined.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Allow brownies to cool slightly, then cut into squares.
- Place a brownie square on a plate, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Drizzle with hot fudge sauce and add whipped cream.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and serve immediately.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use almond milk ice cream and vegan whipped cream.
