Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small cake pan.
