For the Crust:

  • 1 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before layering and frosting with Nutella.
