Description

A decadent no-bake pie with a chocolate cookie crust, luscious cherry filling, and creamy topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • For the filling:
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped

Instructions

  1. For the crust:
  2. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill while preparing filling.
  4. For the filling:
  5. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Fold in whipped cream until fluffy.
  7. Pour cherry pie filling into the crust.
  8. Top with the cream cheese mixture.
  9. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free cookie crumbs. Garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.
