- 1/4 cup melted butter
- For the filling:
- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
Instructions
- For the crust:
- Mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
- Press into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill while preparing filling.
- For the filling:
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream until fluffy.
- Pour cherry pie filling into the crust.
- Top with the cream cheese mixture.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free cookie crumbs. Garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.
