For the Crust:
- 1 cup chocolate chip cookie dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- Press the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour over the cookie dough in the pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheesecake layer is set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
