Description

Decadent cheesecake bars with a chocolate chip cookie crust, perfect for dessert lovers.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. Press the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour over the cookie dough in the pan.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheesecake layer is set.
  5. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
