For the Crust:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and lightly grease a 9-inch pie pan.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt to the sugar mixture. Stir until a dough forms, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Press the dough evenly into the prepared pie pan. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the crust cool completely before using it as a base for your favorite pie or cheesecake filling.
