A delicious and indulgent no-bake ice cream cake that combines the best of chocolate chip cookies and creamy ice cream.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Line a 9-inch springform pan with plastic wrap for easy removal.
  2. Press the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. Soften the vanilla ice cream slightly, then spread evenly over the cookie dough crust. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
