For the Crust:
- 2 cups chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Line a 9-inch springform pan with plastic wrap for easy removal.
- Press the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
- Soften the vanilla ice cream slightly, then spread evenly over the cookie dough crust. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
