Description

A fun and easy no-bake treat featuring fluffy marshmallows dipped in rich chocolate and decorated with colorful sprinkles.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 12 large marshmallows
  • 12 lollipop sticks
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup assorted sprinkles

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Gently push a lollipop stick into the center of each marshmallow.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and melted.
  3. Dip each marshmallow into the melted chocolate, swirling to coat completely. Allow any excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
  4. Immediately roll the chocolate-dipped marshmallow in sprinkles to coat the sides.
  5. Place the finished lollipops upright in a glass or stick them into a piece of styrofoam. Allow the chocolate to set completely at room temperature for about 1 hour.
