A fun and easy no-bake treat featuring fluffy marshmallows dipped in rich chocolate and decorated with colorful sprinkles.

For the Crust:
- 12 large marshmallows
- 12 lollipop sticks
- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup assorted sprinkles
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Gently push a lollipop stick into the center of each marshmallow.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and melted.
- Dip each marshmallow into the melted chocolate, swirling to coat completely. Allow any excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
- Immediately roll the chocolate-dipped marshmallow in sprinkles to coat the sides.
- Place the finished lollipops upright in a glass or stick them into a piece of styrofoam. Allow the chocolate to set completely at room temperature for about 1 hour.
