Description
An incredibly easy, no-bake dessert with layers of graham crackers, a rich vanilla cream filling, and a smooth chocolate glaze that tastes just like a classic chocolate eclair.

For the Crust:
- 2 (3.4 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups cold whole milk
- 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (14.4 oz) box graham crackers
- 1 (16 oz) container prepared chocolate frosting
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mixes and cold milk for 2 minutes until thick. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until fully combined.
- In a 9×13 inch baking dish, arrange a single layer of graham crackers, breaking them as needed to fit the bottom of the dish.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture evenly over the graham cracker layer. Place another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding. Spread the remaining pudding mixture over this second cracker layer. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
- Remove the lid and foil seal from the chocolate frosting. Microwave the container for 15-20 seconds to soften. Stir well and pour over the final layer of graham crackers, spreading it into an even layer with a spatula.
- Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the graham crackers to soften into a cake-like texture.
