A rich and decadent cheesecake with layers of chocolate fudge and truffle filling.
Ingredients

- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Filling:
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Step 2: Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter; press onto bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Step 3: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with a mixer until blended.
- Step 4: Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
- Step 5: Stir in melted chocolate and heavy cream; pour over crust.
- Step 6: Bake for 55 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool before removing rim.
Notes
Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days. For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
