Description

A rich and decadent cheesecake with layers of chocolate fudge and truffle filling.


Ingredients

Scale
  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Filling:
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Step 2: Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter; press onto bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Step 3: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with a mixer until blended.
  4. Step 4: Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
  5. Step 5: Stir in melted chocolate and heavy cream; pour over crust.
  6. Step 6: Bake for 55 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool before removing rim.

Notes

Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days. For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
