- Crust: 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Filling: 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- Zest of 2 oranges
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- Topping: 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Orange slices for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Stir in sour cream, melted chocolate, orange zest, and orange juice until combined.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Turn off oven and let it cool inside for 1 hour.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- For topping, heat heavy cream and pour over chopped dark chocolate; stir until smooth. Drizzle over cheesecake and garnish with orange slices.
