Description

A rich and creamy cheesecake infused with chocolate and fresh orange flavors, perfect for dessert lovers.


Ingredients

  • Crust: 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Filling: 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • Zest of 2 oranges
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • Topping: 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Orange slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  5. Stir in sour cream, melted chocolate, orange zest, and orange juice until combined.
  6. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Turn off oven and let it cool inside for 1 hour.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. For topping, heat heavy cream and pour over chopped dark chocolate; stir until smooth. Drizzle over cheesecake and garnish with orange slices.
