For the Crust:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup toffee bits
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Add the butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan. Swirl in peanut butter and salted caramel sauce. Sprinkle toffee bits on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.
