For the Crust:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Add the butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Swirl in peanut butter and salted caramel sauce. Sprinkle toffee bits on top.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.
