Description

A delightful treat combining chocolate and peanut butter, shaped into hearts for Valentine’s Day.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Shape the dough into heart shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds.
  5. Dip each heart into the melted chocolate and let them set on the baking sheet.
