A decadent dessert combining rich chocolate and fresh raspberries in a creamy cheesecake base.

- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Filling:
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Fold in melted chocolate and raspberries.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 55-60 minutes.
- Cool in oven with door ajar, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Notes
For best results, use fresh raspberries and chill overnight.
