- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Filling:
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- Topping:
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time.
- Mix in sour cream. Divide the batter into two bowls.
- Stir melted chocolate into one bowl and strawberry puree into the other.
- Pour batters alternately into the crust and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set. Cool in the oven with the door ajar.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Garnish with strawberries and chocolate shavings.
