Description

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Filling:
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • Topping:
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time.
  5. Mix in sour cream. Divide the batter into two bowls.
  6. Stir melted chocolate into one bowl and strawberry puree into the other.
  7. Pour batters alternately into the crust and swirl with a knife.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set. Cool in the oven with the door ajar.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Garnish with strawberries and chocolate shavings.
