- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- Red food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 1/4 cups sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream and vanilla.
- Divide the batter into two bowls. Stir melted chocolate into one bowl and strawberry puree into the other. Add food coloring to the strawberry batter if desired.
- Pour the batters alternately into the crust and swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Cool in the oven with the door ajar, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled, garnished with fresh strawberries.

For best results, use high-quality chocolate and fresh strawberries. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
