Description

A decadent ice cream cake loaded with chocolate chunks, perfect for special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 2 cups chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the softened ice cream with chocolate chunks.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar to form the crust.
  3. Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Spread the ice cream mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Remove from the pan and serve sliced.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality chocolate chunks. Store in the freezer for up to a week.
