Description

A festive antipasto platter arranged in the shape of a Christmas tree, featuring cured meats, cheeses, and vegetables for a holiday appetizer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound sliced salami
  • 1 pound sliced prosciutto
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup green olives
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 8 ounces mozzarella balls
  • 1 head of lettuce for base
  • Toothpicks for assembly

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all vegetables and meats.
  2. Arrange the lettuce on a large platter to form the base of the tree.
  3. Layer the salami and prosciutto slices to create the tree shape.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes, artichoke hearts, olives, and mozzarella balls using toothpicks to secure.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, omit the meats and add more vegetables. Serve with crackers or bread.
