Description

A festive sangria featuring fresh peaches, red wine, and holiday spices for a refreshing holiday drink.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 bottle of red wine
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the sliced peaches, orange, lemon, and cinnamon sticks.
  2. Add the sugar, brandy, and orange liqueur, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Pour in the red wine and stir well.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the wine and brandy with grape juice and sparkling water.
