Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8-inch thickness.
- Cut the pastry into desired shapes, such as squares or circles, using a knife or cookie cutter.
- Spread a thin layer of goat cheese on each pastry piece, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Top the goat cheese with a teaspoon of jam in the center of each piece.
- Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
