Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chia seeds and almond milk; let it sit for 10 minutes to thicken.
- Add ricotta cheese, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the mixture and stir until smooth.
- Divide the pudding into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Notes
