Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Fresh berries for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chia seeds and almond milk; let it sit for 10 minutes to thicken.
  2. Add ricotta cheese, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the mixture and stir until smooth.
  3. Divide the pudding into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Top with fresh berries before serving.

Notes
