Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • Dressing: 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Dressing: 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Dressing: 1 teaspoon honey
  • Dressing: Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the spinach leaves thoroughly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, sliced strawberries, blueberries, and crumbled feta cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  5. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top before serving.
