Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, chopped cilantro, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the steak to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
