Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, chopped cilantro, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add the steak to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice it against the grain.
- Assemble bowls with cooked rice, sliced steak, avocado, red onion, and fresh cilantro.
