For the Crust:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add the milk, eggs, and melted butter; mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon evenly over the top. Use a knife to swirl the cinnamon into the batter.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool slightly before serving. Optionally, drizzle with icing for extra sweetness.
