This delightful Cinnamon Roll Cake combines the best parts of a cinnamon roll with the ease of a cake. Perfect for breakfast or dessert.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add the milk, eggs, and melted butter; mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon evenly over the top. Use a knife to swirl the cinnamon into the batter.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow the cake to cool slightly before serving. Optionally, drizzle with icing for extra sweetness.
