Description

Soft, buttery cookies rolled in cinnamon sugar, perfect for holidays.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar for coating

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in vanilla extract, then gradually add flour and cinnamon until a dough forms.
  4. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheets.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  6. While still warm, roll cookies in granulated sugar mixed with additional cinnamon.
