Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in vanilla extract, then gradually add flour and cinnamon until a dough forms.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
- While still warm, roll cookies in granulated sugar mixed with additional cinnamon.
