For the Crust:
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 and 1/2 cups pecan halves
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the corn syrup, sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in the pecans, then pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust. Bake for 60 minutes, or until the pie is set in the center.
