For the Crust:
- 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine thawed peas, red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the pea mixture and toss until well coated. Stir in crumbled bacon just before serving.
