Instructions
- Marinate the fish fillets in coconut milk, lime juice, and zest for 15 minutes.
- Prepare the avocado salsa by mixing diced avocado, tomato, red onion, and cilantro in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Notes
