Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 9 oz package cheese tortellini, cooked
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until browned; drain.
  3. Add onion and garlic; cook until softened.
  4. Stir in tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix in cooked tortellini.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish; top with cheeses.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes
