- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 9 oz package cheese tortellini, cooked
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until browned; drain.
- Add onion and garlic; cook until softened.
- Stir in tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix in cooked tortellini.
- Transfer to a baking dish; top with cheeses.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
