- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients as per package)
- 1 cup cookie dough (pre-made or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour half into the pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until creamy.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt to the mixture and stir until combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Layer the cookie dough over the brownie batter in the pan.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter over the cookie dough layer.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before removing from the pan and slicing.
Notes
Ensure the cookie dough is safe to eat raw if not baking thoroughly. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
