Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • Oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in crushed Oreo cookies to the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Scoop the mixture and form into small balls; place on a tray and freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, milk, and egg to make a batter.
  5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or pot to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Dip the frozen cheesecake balls into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
  7. Carefully drop the coated balls into the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
