For the Crust:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pint ice cream of choice
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- In a bowl, mix the flour and sugar together. Form the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet. Flatten slightly.
- Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Let cool, then sandwich a scoop of ice cream between two cookies.
