Description

Juicy steak sliders topped with a flavorful cowboy butter sauce, perfect for a mouth-watering meal or party appetizer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds flank steak, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper to make the cowboy butter.
  2. Marinate the steak strips in half of the cowboy butter for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak strips for 3-4 minutes per side until done.
  4. Spread the remaining cowboy butter on the slider buns.
  5. Assemble the sliders with steak, sliced onions, and shredded lettuce.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier version, add cayenne pepper to the butter mixture.
