Description

These stuffed bell peppers are filled with a savory mix of crab and shrimp, creating a delightful seafood experience perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 6 large bell peppers, any color
  • 1 cup crab meat, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup rice, cooked
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onion and garlic until softened.
  4. Add crab meat, shrimp, rice, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Stuff the mixture into the bell peppers and place them in a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until peppers are tender.

Notes

For a spicier version, add chopped jalapeños to the filling.
