- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp seasoning salt
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and seasoning salt.
- Dredge chicken tenders in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Notes
For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs. Serve with ranch dressing.
