Description

Delicious and addictive chicken tenders with a crispy coating.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp seasoning salt
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and seasoning salt.
  3. Dredge chicken tenders in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Notes

For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs. Serve with ranch dressing.
