- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 large egg, beaten for egg wash
- Fresh thyme leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 2-inch squares.
- Place a cube of brie cheese and a small dollop of cranberry sauce in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal, then brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed. Let cool slightly before serving.
