Description
A warm, gooey grilled sandwich featuring cranberry sauce, brie, and mozzarella cheese on toasted bread.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 ounces Brie cheese, sliced
- 2 ounces Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon butter for grilling
Instructions
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- On the non-buttered side of one slice, spread the cranberry sauce.
- Layer the Brie and Mozzarella cheese on top of the cranberry sauce.
- Top with the second bread slice, buttered side out.
- Grill in a pan over medium heat until the cheese melts and the bread is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Notes
For a crispier sandwich, use a panini press. Pair with a side salad for a balanced meal.
