Description

A warm, gooey grilled sandwich featuring cranberry sauce, brie, and mozzarella cheese on toasted bread.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 ounces Brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 ounces Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon butter for grilling

Instructions

  1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  2. On the non-buttered side of one slice, spread the cranberry sauce.
  3. Layer the Brie and Mozzarella cheese on top of the cranberry sauce.
  4. Top with the second bread slice, buttered side out.
  5. Grill in a pan over medium heat until the cheese melts and the bread is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Notes

For a crispier sandwich, use a panini press. Pair with a side salad for a balanced meal.
