Description

A savory tart featuring brie cheese, cranberries, pancetta, and thyme for a perfect holiday appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese, rind removed and sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 4 ounces pancetta, diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Arrange the Brie slices evenly over the pastry, leaving a border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the cranberries, pancetta, and thyme over the Brie.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and puffed.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, substitute pancetta with mushrooms.
