These festive and flavorful pinwheels are a perfect appetizer, combining the tangy creaminess of feta and cream cheese with the sweet tartness of dried cranberries, all wrapped in a soft tortilla.

For the Crust:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 2 green onions, finely sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled feta, chopped cranberries, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a work surface. Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edge.
- Roll the tortilla up tightly into a log. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Wrap each log tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
- Remove the logs from the refrigerator, unwrap, and use a sharp knife to slice into 1-inch thick pinwheels. Serve immediately.
