  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. In a small bowl, mix cranberry sauce, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and garlic.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them in a baking dish. Pour the cranberry mixture over the chicken.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze is bubbly.
